Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the James! application ("the App"), provided by TwistedMinds (Gerry Uytdenhouwen).

1. Service

James! is a digital wine and menu management system licensed to restaurants and hospitality businesses ("Establishments"). The App displays menu and wine information managed by the Establishment.

2. Licence

We grant the Establishment a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on authorized devices for the duration of an active subscription.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to access it without authorization, reverse engineer it, or use it in violation of applicable law.

4. Content

Menu content, prices and descriptions are the responsibility of the Establishment. We are not liable for the accuracy of menu information displayed.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The App is designed to function offline using locally cached data.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TwistedMinds is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

7. Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated if these terms are breached or upon expiry of the subscription.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium.
